Incluzio

Incluzio operates in the health, services and social sectors. Three areas of activity that are present in every neighbourhood or suburb, but nowhere really addressed holistically. By removing the (financial) barriers between care, services and the social sector, Incluzio makes policy and implementation much more efficient and effective. This is also necessary. The decentralisation policy of the central government goes hand in hand with a significant cut in budgets. At the same time, the Participation Act forces local governments to achieve concrete results in creating jobs and experience. Furthermore, the integration of tasks offers an important added value: Incluzio can also address collective problems in this way and make each neighbourhood a better one.

DeZorgCentrale.nl

De ZorgCentrale.nl is a new service provider working with and for the healthcare market to develop an integrated range of telecare services. Innovation is key, particularly given all the technological and organizational developments.

Clear goals, action plan

We met with Zummit at the end of 2019. The proposed solution offered us a unique opportunity to capture our aspired business transformation in a coherent plan and to implement it transparently and with the involvement of all employees.

Clear goals

In a short series of workshops with all teams, we set specific goals for 2020. We have a clear goal for customer experience and specific growth targets for our solutions Product Lifecycle Management and Augmented Reality. These goals are now clear to everyone in the Zummit app. They provide clear direction for the teams.

Short-term initiatives

The teams translate these goals into short-term initiatives. This is something we had never done before. Team members are asked to specifically name the tasks they will work on in the coming time to contribute to the goals. In addition, we are now translating these initiatives into specific actions. This increases our focus and team member engagement.

 

Weekly check-ins

We have started weekly stand-ups. Team members use the Zummit app to keep each other updated on their progress. During the weekly check-in, they use the app to discuss the status of their initiatives and make agreements about their contribution in the coming weeks. Everyone participates and makes their contribution.
